Jan has been instrumental in helping investors maximise profit by sourcing unique opportunities in the market. He is renowned in the community of investors in various countries, but also works with governments, private and public funds.
This experience built during a number of years allowed Jan to have one of the best networks in the field.

Jaromir Pazout

Jaromir is a leading hospitality expert, advisor, and broker with extensive experience in hotel operations, finance, sales, online marketing and management. Jaromir helps hotels to grow their profit, optimise performance, build brand online, optimize online distribution and increase the value of real estate.
As strategic advisor and broker for many key hotels, hotel groups and investors Jaromir has proven success with more than 300 hotels as Market Manager at Bookassist in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Jaromir previously worked for PriceWaterHouseCoopers, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, and others. He holds master degrees from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the University of Hospitality Management in Prague. As a partner of the Czech Hotel Association he lectures at conferences and also teaches at the university.

Luigi Pagliacci

Luigi has 15 years of experience in Hotel Management and Hospitality. He is a self made business man since 25 yo when he signed his first contract to manage a small independent Hotel. He’s best professional skills are sales, marketing and revenue but he already successfully opened 6 hotels in Prague. Currently is managing 4 independent hotels and personal consulting of other 3 hotels in Prague.
Luigi is always looking for exciting NEW projects and currently he is involved in the opening of other 2 boutique hotels.
Thanks to his result, efficiency and professionality Luigi was able to create an important network, not only in the hotel industry but also in the real estate market.

Dietmar Trimmel

Dietmar brings more than 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, holding various senior positions in finance and operations in Austria, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. He was part of pre-opening teams for four hotels, starting from a golf-leisure hotel till a 400 room city center hotel. Dietmar was a key player through restructuring processes in various hotels with proven financial success and implemented new systems in hotels when changing ownership/structure (both ways, from managed to franchise and vice versa).
He was involved in CAPEX projects like hotel renovations and was supervising hotel FF&E budget/spending in various hotels. His key focus is on implementing new systems, setting up structures and optimizing profitability and ROI.

Yahya Fetchati

Yahya has over 18 years experience in the hospitality and travel industry. He is a recognised professional skilled in Digital Strategy, Hotel Distribution & Marketing, and E-commerce technology.
Yahya is currently advising technology start-ups and hospitality companies on strategy, operations, product & business development. This includes analysis of business goals and objectives, the study of market trends, the evaluation of the competitive environment, and assistance for the decision making process.
Yahya has served as VP and Managing Director for Hotels.com Europe based in Paris, Director Hotel Partner Marketing with Lastminute.com based in London, and COO with Bookassist based in Dublin. He has a tremendous network in hospitality both with owners, operators and senior executives.
Yahya is a multilingual, multicultural globetrotter. He holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Paris Sorbonne.
